Hatha Yoga involves the practice of physical postures in conjunction with awareness of the breath to help develop mental focus and to connect the mind, body, and spirit.

The Hatha Yoga class consists of Breathing Techniques (Pranayamas), Yoga Postures (Asanas - that will help you to increase your flexibility and strength, in addition to providing you a high level of relaxation), Meditation and Mantras.

If you are looking for a way to relax your body and mind, as well as work on your flexibility, personal connection and emotions release, then Yin Yoga is for you!

Yin is the feminine, passive and lunar energy that leads us to a meditative state of calmness, peace and happiness. Yin Yoga explores the physical, emotional and psychological resistances that we tend to have, however we are not usually aware of.

 

On a physical level, Yin Yoga targets and affects our deepest layers: the connective tissues, which include our fascia, ligaments, joints, cartilage, and bones. All tissues need exercise to maintain optimal health, and these deeper tissues are no exception.

The practice has a slow pace, giving us the opportunity to turn ourselves within and connect more with the present moment.

Then join us for a pleasant Yoga Class in the Park (suitable for all), followed by a Special walk through the most beautiful nature trails in Ericeira and region.

 

The day starts with a special Yoga class in the park, where you will be able to relax your body and mind, bringing your attention to the present moment.

Then, we will take a 1 hour and a half walk through the most beautiful secret nature trails of Ericeira, having the opportunity to contemplate nature and its different colours and sounds.

 

You will feel happier and energized, as we will work on increasing your vital energy (prana), through some movements (postures), sounds (special mantras) and special mindfulness techniques.

CHAKRAS ALIGNMENT MEDITATION CLASS

All you need for this class is a yoga mat or towel, 2 pieces of paper, 1 pen and a smile on your face.

BOTANICAL MANDALA WORKSHOP

Learn all the necessary techniques needed to create your own nature-inspired mandalas.

 

I will be guiding you throughout the process, offering special tips that will make all the difference in the process of creating your mandala.

At the beginning of the workshop, we will take a walk in nature, where you will be able to observe some elements of nature that will inspire you during the process of creating your botanical mandala.

All the necessary materials will be provided during the class.
